Job Duties
- Assisting kitchen manager in daily activities and supervising salad, soup and other cases
- Consulting with the kitchen manager on a daily basis to ensure that timing of orders and production schedules are coordinated
- Assisting the kitchen manager with maintaining inventory of fresh products and schedule writing
- Working closely with the meat, seafood, produce and grocery departments
- Training and evaluating employees as needed
- Maintaining positive relationships with customers, vendors and employees
