Job Requirements
- Culinary arts school training or apprenticeship program experience
- Minimum of one year experience in institutional or quality food production
- ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification where applicable
- Ability to supervise staff and coordinate with dietitians
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Competence in menu planning and supply ordering
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Direct culinary activities in the facility
- Provide supervision and guidance to dietary staff
- Coordinate with dietitian to deliver professional food services
- Ensure quality and nutritionally appropriate meals for patients, staff, and visitors
- Plan menu items and order supplies
- Maintain records and accounts related to food services
- Adhere to organizational health and safety policies and food safety regulations
- Utilize food service processes of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Perform other assigned tasks as needed
