Job Duties
- Prepares and portions food following safety, sanitation, and dietary guidelines
- Maintains a clean, safe work environment and practices strict infection control
- Uses cost-effective methods to avoid overproduction and manages leftovers properly
- Monitors food quality on the service line including temperature and timing
- Assesses menus and orders to establish the necessary food quantities
