Job Duties

Assisting Kitchen Manager in daily activities and supervising salad, soup and other cases
Consulting with the Kitchen Manager on a daily basis to ensure that timing of orders and production schedules are coordinated
Assisting the Kitchen Manager with maintaining inventory of fresh products and schedule writing
Work closely with the Meat, Seafood, Produce and Grocery departments
Training and evaluating employees as needed
Maintaining positive relationships with customers, vendors and employees
