This role is for a Front End Checkout Associate, a crucial position within the store's operations. Front End Checkout Associates are the face of Walmart in the customer experience journey. Compensation ranges from $15 to $28 per hour, depending on the location and experience, supplemented with annual or quarterly performance incentives to reward employee contributions. Additionally, employees may earn premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums can apply simultaneously if criteria are met, enhancing overall pay.
