The Charter Manager role at New Pacific Airlines is a crucial position responsible for providing dedicated operational support on the ground, ensuring the seamless coordination and regulatory compliance of all flight and ground activities. This position serves as a critical link between flight crews, airports, and NPA leadership, maintaining the integrity of the airline's operational control and elevating security oversight. Job Requirements
- Must possess High School Diploma/GED
- Must be able to pass training and become qualified Flight Attendant
- Must have a valid passport and the ability to travel in and out of the United States, and into any international locations
- Must be willing to travel up to 100% of scheduled work days
- Must be able to fulfill the physical requirements of the position, which require the ability to lift and maneuver 40 lbs. regularly, and may involve lifting and maneuvering up to 65 lbs
- Must be able to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Must have a strong safety awareness and the ability to adhere to Safety Management Systems (SMS)
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently
- Must be comfortable working around odors and sounds typically associated with operating aircraft and varying climate conditions of airport environments

Job Duties
- Perform duties as Ground Security Coordinator (GSC) or security screener for each flight
- Communicate operational impacts to the Manager on Duty (MOD) or Assistant Director of Operations in the absence of the MOD
- Ensure aircraft readiness, including proper stocking of standard items and availability of the operations Fly-Away Kit
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures
- Act as Load Coordinator (LC) when needed to keep operations seamless
- Coordinate FBO details and serve as liaison between FBO, MOD and crewmembers
- Serve as company liaison for ad hoc charter operations
- Jump in as a qualified backup Flight Attendant when the mission calls for it
