Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 5 years of experience with aerospace dealer network
- Strong relationship building and negotiating skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Highly self motivated
- Ability to travel and maintain flexible work location
- Knowledge of CRM processes
- Demonstrated problem solving and conflict resolution skills

- 5 years of experience with aerospace dealer network

Job Duties
- Ensure revenue targets including RMUs are achieved through sales of products, systems and services to Honeywell BGA Dealers
- Develop and execute strategic playbooks for 5 key dealers
- Apply Customer Relationship Management process to specific dealers
- Identify and facilitate opportunities through customer interactions, seminars, customer visits, city sweeps, trade shows and events
- Manage pursuit and campaign strategies for new product offerings and services within the dealers
- Execute customer strategy, provide forecast and demand input to SIOP, make pricing recommendations, and deliver competitive intelligence feedback
