Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or similar setting
- able and willing to work part-time scheduling with shifts of 6-10 hours
- availability to work Tuesday-Thursday 3:30PM-10:30PM and Friday-Saturday 3:30PM-11:30PM including weekends and holidays
- ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- capable of supporting food service staff
- physical ability to perform required duties
Job Qualifications
- 1+ years of prior relevant experience as a busser or food runner in a fast-paced, high volume fine dining restaurant
- strong cleaning and organizational skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- excellent communication skills
- willingness to work part-time evening and weekend shifts including holidays
- physical stamina to perform cleaning and bussing duties
Job Duties
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of food and beverage stations
- clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and all required equipment
- keep floors free of debris and spills
- sweep, mop, and empty garbage as needed
- maintain par stock levels in the beverage station and assist with stock rotation
- retrieve orders from the warehouse and stock storeroom
- deliver food as needed and support Food Servers to ensure outstanding guest service
