Job Requirements
- Must be willing to have fun and enjoy yourself on trips while being professional
- Must be willing to work as part of a team towards a common goal of delivering excellent service
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license and passport
- Must be able to work an extremely flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, weekends, and on-call shifts
- Must be willing to travel with relatively little advance notice
- Must be able to take initiative and be productive in an unsupervised environment
- Must be highly motivated, organized, have extreme attention to detail, and able to work in high stress and fast paced environment
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds, sit, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Must reside within or be willing to relocate to a location within a two-hour commute of San Luis Obispo County Regional Airport (KSBP)
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and passport
- Ability to work an extremely flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, weekends, and on-call shifts
- Proven experience in high-end customer service preferred
- Culinary training or food service experience is highly desirable
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
Job Duties
- Provide a high level of service while ensuring the safety and comfort of each aircraft passenger during flight
- Plan, prepare, and serve passenger meals and beverages
- Anticipate passengers' needs and develop customer relations
- Maintain aircraft and hangar with exceptional organization, purchase and stock inventory, and ensure storage areas and aircraft are always presented in a comfortable manner
- Ensure seamless coordination and support with all team members to cover all operational and logistic requirements
- Ensure the safety and quality of all assigned duties and responsibilities by actively and positively participating in ACI Jet's SQMS program
