Job Requirements
- Must have commercial pilot certificate with multi-engine instrument rating
- Must hold a current first-class medical certificate
- Minimum of 500 total flight hours including at least 100 hours multi-engine fixed-wing experience
- Turbine experience preferred
- Able to report to departure airport within 60 minutes for flight assignments
- Ability to lift, push, or pull over 50 pounds when handling baggage and equipment
- Must have a valid passport and be willing to travel extensively
- Must be flexible to meet demands of business
- Must demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Must comply with all FAA regulations and company policies
Job Qualifications
- 500-2500 total flight hours with minimum 100 hours in multi-engine fixed-wing aircraft
- Turbine experience preferred
- Commercial Pilot Certificate with multi-engine instrument rating or higher
- Current First-Class Medical Certificate
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and flight procedures
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in CRM and flight management systems
Job Duties
- Assist in flight operations including planning and executing flight plans, weather analysis, routing, and pre-flight inspections
- Monitor instrumentation and aircraft systems during flight, operate navigational and communication radios as directed
- Maintain crew resource management (CRM) and provide feedback for safe and efficient flight operations
- Conduct pre-flight and post-flight duties such as inspections, stocking, documentation, and ensuring passenger-specific items are onboard
- Respond to safety and emergency procedures, including assuming control in case of PIC incapacitation
- Provide excellent passenger service by ensuring comfort and addressing passenger needs during flights
