Job Duties
- lead shifts weekly ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
- set departmental goals and delegate tasks
- monitor performance and report results to management
- ensure crew and managers deliver great customer experiences
- oversee sales promotions and service procedures in front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru areas
- maintain food quality, safety, and cost control
- train kitchen staff in production procedures
- recruit, train, and schedule qualified crew
- motivate and recognize crew to meet sales and profit goals
