Job Duties

  • lead shifts weekly ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
  • set departmental goals and delegate tasks
  • monitor performance and report results to management
  • ensure crew and managers deliver great customer experiences
  • oversee sales promotions and service procedures in front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru areas
  • maintain food quality, safety, and cost control
  • train kitchen staff in production procedures
  • recruit, train, and schedule qualified crew
  • motivate and recognize crew to meet sales and profit goals
