Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in restaurant supervision or related field preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Willingness to participate in training programs
  • Ability to manage a team effectively

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Must be at least 21 years of age

Job Duties

  • Support the management team to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • Fill important team member roles on the hourly schedule
  • Provide direction and assistance to team members to deliver quality service
  • Ensure world-class seafood is prepared perfectly and served promptly
  • Maintain standards for guest satisfaction and operational excellence
  • Facilitate training and development of team members
  • Manage daily tasks to support efficient restaurant functioning
