Job Requirements

  • must be at least 21 years of age
  • ability to work flexible hours between 11 a.m. and 11 p.m.
  • willingness to lead and motivate a team
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent interpersonal communication
  • prior experience in hospitality or customer service is advantageous

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • must be at least 21 years of age
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • experience in customer service or restaurant operations preferred
  • commitment to high standards of food quality and guest satisfaction
  • willingness to participate in formal training programs

Job Duties

  • support the management team to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • fill important team member roles on the hourly schedule
  • provide direction and assistance to team members
  • ensure world class seafood is prepared perfectly and served hot and fast
  • satisfy guests while running a great business
  • manage scheduling to optimize staff coverage
  • uphold operational standards and customer service quality
