Job Requirements

  • must be at least 21 years of age
  • availability to work during operating hours between 11 a.m. and 11 p.m.
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • prior experience in restaurant supervision or management preferred
  • willingness to participate in training programs

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • must be at least 21 years of age
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • commitment to excellent customer service
  • experience in restaurant or hospitality management is a plus

Job Duties

  • support the management team to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • fill important team member roles on the hourly schedule
  • provide direction and assistance to GREAT team members
  • ensure seafood is prepared perfectly and served hot and fast
  • maintain guest satisfaction and operational success
