Job Requirements
- Must be a licensed certified occupational therapy assistant
- Must have dependable transportation
- Must be able to drive in all weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow the plan of care under supervision
- Good physical stamina and mobility
- Strong organizational skills

- Licensed certified occupational therapy assistant in the practicing state
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and mobile technology
- Commitment to ethical and patient-centered care
- Valid driver’s license with dependable transportation
- Willingness to travel to patient homes
Job Duties
- Provide therapy services to clients in their homes under the plan of care established by the occupational therapist
- Collaborate with the director of nurses and occupational therapists to ensure effective treatment delivery
- Use electronic medical records and mobile devices to document patient progress and communicate with care team
- Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and assistance strategies
- Maintain compliance with state licensing requirements and company policies
- Prepare reports and update treatment plans as directed by supervising occupational therapists
- Drive responsibly to patient homes in all weather conditions
