- Current listing on the state's Health Nursing Assistant Registry

Job Duties
- Report directly to the nurse manager and follow directions from licensed nurses or supervisory staff
- Provide direct care to residents daily including assistance with bathing, dressing, dental hygiene, toilet activities, grooming, feeding, and transportation or transfer
- Assist with activities, light housekeeping, laundry, and dining services
- Maintain residents rooms by changing linens, making beds, tidying personal areas, and cleaning bathrooms
- Assist with resident laundry, ensuring clothes are marked, clean, mended, ironed, and put away
- Notify supervisor of clothing needs
- Prepare residents for meals and assist with serving and feeding
- May be cross-trained in assisted living duties
