Currently, Concierge Care is seeking to hire in-home CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) and HHA (Home Health Aide) caregivers to serve senior clients in the community. Pay rates are client-directed and vary based on location, level of care, and client needs, providing caregivers with the flexibility to earn what they deserve. As a contractor, caregivers can create their own schedules and choose from various options including day shifts, evening shifts, and 24-hour live-in positions to best fit their lifestyles. Concierge Care emphasizes a quick hiring process to get caregivers set up and contracted within a week, ensuring they can start working and making a difference as soon as possible.
This role involves providing companionship and non-medical support to seniors in their homes. Caregivers will assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers. They will also provide medication reminders to help seniors stay on top of their health regimens. In addition to personal care, caregivers are responsible for completing light housekeeping duties and meal preparation, ensuring the client’s living environment is safe, clean, and comfortable. The role also includes performing grocery shopping and providing transportation for errands and doctor’s appointments, enabling clients to remain independent and active in their communities.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation to work is required
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Self-directed with the ability to work independently
- Experience with Alzheimer’s/Dementia a plus
