Job Description
Concierge Care is a prominent provider of in-home personal care and home care referral services located in Florida. Established with a mission to offer superior senior care services, the company is dedicated to enabling aging adults to maintain their independence while living comfortably in their own homes. Concierge Care is widely respected for its community-focused approach, reliable service, and proven track record of positively impacting the quality of life for seniors. Their commitment to excellence is reflected in the 5-star reviews they consistently receive across platforms such as Indeed, Google, and Yelp, underscoring the trust and satisfaction of both clients and caregivers alike.
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) Caregiver with Concierge Care, you will be playing a vital role in supporting the senior population through compassionate, attentive, and personalized care. The company offers contract-based positions that allow significant flexibility and control over your schedule – a perfect fit for those who desire work-life balance. Compensation ranges hourly from $17.00 to $21.00, dependent on client location, level of care required, and specific client needs. Various shifts are available including day, evening, and 24-hour live-in assignments, accommodating different lifestyle preferences and personal commitments. The onboarding process is streamlined to help you get started quickly, typically within a week, ensuring a smooth transition into your new caregiving role.
The role involves a variety of responsibilities focused on non-medical support that contributes to seniors’ well-being and safety at home. Primary duties include companionship, assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers, medication reminders, light housekeeping, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and transportation to errands or medical appointments. These tasks are essential to maintaining clients’ independence and enhancing their comfort and quality of life. Caregivers at Concierge Care are expected to be self-directed, reliable, and empathetic professionals capable of working independently while providing high-quality care. Experience with Alzheimer’s and dementia patients is considered beneficial but not mandatory.
Concierge Care is committed to maintaining a safe and trustworthy caregiving environment compliant with Florida state requirements, including a Level 2 background screening via the AHCA/FL Clearinghouse. This ensures that all caregivers meet stringent legal standards protecting clients’ safety and well-being. As an equal opportunity employer, Concierge Care fosters a welcoming and inclusive workplace, prohibiting discrimination or harassment of any kind. Joining Concierge Care means becoming part of a compassionate network dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of seniors throughout Florida while offering competitive pay, flexible scheduling, weekly wage payments, and the satisfaction of meaningful community service.
