Job Requirements
- Current Washington State license to practice as a registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN)
- minimum one year experience within the past three years caring for elderly or chronically ill individuals
- obtain healthcare provider AHA CPR and First Aid certification within 90 days of employment
- documentation of current immunization including COVID-19 vaccination within 6 months of hire
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- demonstrated attention to detail and organizational abilities
- commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion
- ability to promote universal design and accessible learning content production
- eligibility to work in the United States
- willingness to comply with background checks and employment verifications
- regular attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- Current Washington State license to practice as a registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN)

- preferred ability to speak a regionally spoken language other than English such as Spanish, Vietnamese, Russian, Somali, or Chinese
Job Duties
- Demonstrate multicultural competence and create an inclusive educational environment
- assume responsibility for teaching-learning process in laboratory and clinical settings
- attend Common Curriculum Framework Orientation with the Washington Board of Nursing
- develop and maintain effective working relationships with students, staff, and clinical partners
- provide clinical instruction including coordinating student orientation and scheduling with clinical facilities
- maintain accurate student records including academic and clinical onboarding
- supervise students during clinical facility activities
- evaluate student achievements in clinical outcomes
- prepare and present pre- and post-conference programs for students
- serve as an active member of the nursing instructional team
- administer Washington State Board of Nursing State Skills Testing Exam
- communicate professionally orally and in writing with college employees and external agencies
- maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- perform other assignments as required
