- Active certification as a CNA in the state(s) of practice
- At least eighteen (18) years of age
- Current CPR certification
- Current TB test

Job Duties
- Read and record temperature, pulse, and respiration
- Patient hygiene including bathing, shampoo, skin and nail care, oral hygiene, shaving, dressing, and toileting
- Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy home environment through meal preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping
- Follow written assignments and instructions
- Complete and submit appropriate documentation
