As a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) at Mentor Community Services, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals by monitoring their health conditions and ensuring the delivery of quality services tailored to their unique needs. This is a part-time position paying $19.08 per hour, ideal for candidates who want to work in a dynamic and varied work environment where no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include providing training, assistance, and supervision in various areas of daily living such as personal care, financial management, community integration, and social activities. You will also help maintain safe and effective supports, assist with activity programs including off-site outings and appointments, and contribute to household tasks like housekeeping and meal preparation. Accurate record keeping is essential, and you will maintain current progress notes and other documentation to track the individuals' developmental and health progress.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One year experience as a certified nurse assistant
- Current certified nurse assistant CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to provide quality life enhancing services to individuals
- Commitment to maintaining safe and supportive care environment

- Current certified nurse assistant CPR/First Aid certification

Job Duties
- Monitor the health conditions of individuals served and ensure quality services are provided
- Provide training, assistance, and/or supervision to individuals in the areas of daily living, personal care, financial management, community, and social integration
- Help maintain safe and quality supports for individuals served
- Assist with activity programs, including off-site outings and off-site appointments
- Maintain current progress notes and other documentation
- Assist with household activities such as housekeeping and meal preparation
