Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service or leadership role preferred
  • Ability to lead a team effectively during shifts
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work varied shifts including nights and weekends
  • Must demonstrate a passion for Hawaiian culture and positive team engagement
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards consistently

Job Duties

  • Lead with aloha by providing warm and upbeat leadership to the crew
  • Greet guests with a smile and handle customer concerns positively
  • Supervise and motivate team members to maintain service standards
  • Oversee daily operations including food quality and team pace
  • Train and onboard new employees
  • Manage shift opening and closing duties including cash and inventory
  • Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards are met
