Job Duties
- Lead with aloha by providing warm and upbeat leadership to the crew
- Greet guests with a smile and handle customer concerns positively
- Supervise and motivate team members to maintain service standards
- Oversee daily operations including food quality and team pace
- Train and onboard new employees
- Manage shift opening and closing duties including cash and inventory
- Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards are met
