As a Production Specialist, your responsibilities will include mixing, shaping, baking, wrapping, and stocking products to ensure a continuous supply for the sales floor. Quality control is a crucial part of the job, as you will be responsible for inspecting all items before they reach customers. You will maintain sanitation and organization throughout the department, including back storage areas, freezers, walk-in coolers, and production zones, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to safety standards.

Daily duties involve reading and executing production lists, calculating weights and volumes accurately, and managing inventory by ordering and receiving supplies. Customer service is another key element, requiring you to answer customer questions, take phone orders, and prepare or demonstrate product samples. Physical demands include lifting and carrying loads up to 50 pounds and performing tasks that require bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
