Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Minimum of 1 year food preparation experience
- At least 1 year of heavy food production experience
- Valid Oregon Driver's License with clean driving record
- Ability to follow standard recipes and food safety procedures
- Must have a current Food Handler Card
- Strong team player with good communication skills
- Availability to work any shift including weekends
Job Qualifications
- Applicants should be available any shift including weekends
- The ideal candidate will be at least 18 years of age
- A minimum of 1 year food prep experience
- At least 1 year heavy food production experience
- A valid Oregon Drivers License with a clean driving record
Job Duties
- Consulting with the Production Manager on a daily basis to ensure that timing of orders and production schedules are coordinated
- Production of sandwich, salad, entree, catering trays and soup for the hot and cold cases at Market of Choice stores
- Timely delivery of assigned orders and other orders as needed
- Assisting the Chef/Catering Manager with ordering and maintaining inventory of fresh, frozen, and sundry products for use in the department
- Training new kitchen workers and assistants
- Prepare deep fried, baked, stove top foods, and salads
- Maintain positive relations with customers, vendors and employees
- Maintain health and safety sanitation requirements
- Have a current Food Handler Card
