Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
- Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
- Ability to lift 1 to 5 lbs, occasional lifting up to 32 lbs and rarely 50 lbs
- Fine motor coordination and depth perception
- Ability to hear equipment from a distance
- Prolonged glove wear required due to bloodborne pathogen exposure
- 1 or more years minimum experience in a customer or patient facing role
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 or more years experience working in a customer or patient facing role
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, bending, and lifting
- Attention to detail in maintaining records
- Customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Answer phones and greet all visitors to the facility including new and repeat donors promptly exhibiting customer service skills
- Assist donors with appointments
- Create or pull donor record files
- Provide customer service to donors and fellow employees
- Maintain orderly filing system, purging records
- Report to center management team in identifying operational opportunities for continuous improvement
- Initiate changes to center processes through use of company approved procedures
