Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
  • Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
  • Ability to lift 1 to 5 lbs, occasional lifting up to 32 lbs and rarely 50 lbs
  • Fine motor coordination and depth perception
  • Ability to hear equipment from a distance
  • Prolonged glove wear required due to bloodborne pathogen exposure
  • 1 or more years minimum experience in a customer or patient facing role

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 or more years experience working in a customer or patient facing role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, bending, and lifting
  • Attention to detail in maintaining records
  • Customer service orientation

Job Duties

  • Answer phones and greet all visitors to the facility including new and repeat donors promptly exhibiting customer service skills
  • Assist donors with appointments
  • Create or pull donor record files
  • Provide customer service to donors and fellow employees
  • Maintain orderly filing system, purging records
  • Report to center management team in identifying operational opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Initiate changes to center processes through use of company approved procedures
