Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or elementary education
- PA Director’s Credential is required
- Minimum 2 years experience managing mid size early childhood programs
- Ability to build strong community relationships
- Knowledge of Keystone STARS standards
- Experience with Creative Curriculum and PATHS preferred
- Ability to lead and support a team of educators
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in early childhood education or elementary education
- PA Director’s Credential required
- At least 2 years of related center management experience in mid size early childhood programs
- Experience partnering with multiple agencies preferred
- Strong relationship building skills within the community
- Demonstrated ability to manage successful day to day center operations
- Knowledge and understanding of Keystone STARS
- Knowledge and experience with Creative Curriculum and PATHS preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee the quality of early childhood education programs making learning an exciting adventure
- Achieve enrollment goals by building and maintaining strong relationships with families
- Implement creative ideas in classrooms to enhance educational experiences
- Ensure the center remains a safe and welcoming environment for children families and staff
- Lead and support a team of educators promoting professional development
- Maintain all regulatory and licensing standards ensuring compliance
- Manage day to day operations of the center effectively
