By combining medical expertise with a community-oriented atmosphere, ArchWell Health is reshaping the experience of senior healthcare, making it more accessible, respectful, and connected.

The role of the Care Navigator is vital within ArchWell Health, serving as the first point of contact and guide for members from their arrival until their departure. This position is key to creating a positive and welcoming experience for both members and their families, helping them navigate the clinic's processes with ease and confidence. The Care Navigator assists members by coordinating appointment scheduling, managing referrals, updating electronic medical records, and providing support during check-in and paperwork submissions. Their role extends beyond administrative tasks to actively contributing to the member’s comfort and understanding of the care process.

Candidates must be adept at working with diverse populations, including medical staff, providers, members, family members, insurance carriers, and vendors. Being proficient in Microsoft Office and potentially possessing language skills in Spanish or other languages commonly spoken within the communities served will be advantageous. Education requirements include an associate's degree or equivalent experience, along with at least one year of clinical or related work experience.

This opportunity offers candidates the chance to be part of a healthcare provider that truly values its members and emphasizes a warm, respectful, and community-focused approach to senior healthcare. The Care Navigator is positioned to make a meaningful difference in members' lives by ensuring they receive not only excellent medical care but also personalized attention and support throughout their healthcare journey. ArchWell Health promotes an inclusive workplace culture and provides equal employment opportunities to all qualified applicants.
