Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • retail management experience preferred
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using ladders or similar equipment
  • capability to move throughout the store
  • willingness to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
  • compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements
  • ability to perform bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
  • ability to work in both climate controlled and non-climate controlled environments
  • must be able to engage in public retail settings
  • willingness to participate in physical tasks such as truck unloading and stocking

Job Duties

  • Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs
  • ensure execution of Company policies and standards
  • hold team accountable for store conditions and results
  • ensure all front end policies and procedures are followed
  • achieve your KPIs and manage your team to achieve their role KPIs
  • plan and lead execution of class and in-store events in accordance with Company programs
  • lead the omnichannel processes
  • manage and execute shrink and safety programs
  • assist with cash reconciliation and bank deposits
  • assist with inventory processes including Return to Vendor (RTV) and Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) activities
  • assist with onboarding new Team Members
  • train, observe, and coach customer experience team to achieve results
  • participate in the performance management process
  • support Talent Development of your team
  • utilize leadership competencies for self-development
  • serve as Manager on Duty (MOD)
  • interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner
  • acknowledge customers, help locate products and provide solutions
  • participate in truck unloading and stocking processes
  • cross train in Custom Framing selling and production
  • lead delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions in select stores
  • manage and execute shrink and safety programs
