Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • at least 1 year of related work experience
  • open availability for full-time schedule
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift up to 10 pounds without assistance
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • adherence to company policies and confidentiality

Job Duties

  • assist members and guests with the pre-arrival process
  • conduct pre-calls to arriving members and make pre-arrival arrangements
  • handle front office duties including check-in and check-out
  • prepare arrival packets and departure folios
  • perform audit checklists and process billing
  • respond to guest requests for visitor information and special arrangements
  • coordinate with departments such as engineering, housekeeping, and bell services to resolve issues
  • assist with reservation and bell/valet services
  • perform lobby ambassador tasks
  • maintain shift logs and documentation
  • report incidents and complete safety training
  • ensure compliance with company policies and professional appearance
  • welcome and acknowledge guests according to standards
  • communicate clearly and professionally
  • develop positive working relationships
  • comply with quality assurance standards
  • stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • perform other reasonable job duties as requested
