Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Assist members and guests with pre-arrival process including pre-calls and arrangement of grocery and amenity orders
- Handle arrival/check-in and member departure/check-out duties efficiently
- Prepare arrival packets, departure folios, and perform audit checklists
- Respond to visitor information requests and make special arrangements for transportation, reservations, and other services
- Manage billing processes and perform related administrative duties
- Coordinate with other departments such as engineering, bell services, and housekeeping to resolve guest requests
- Perform lobby ambassador tasks and assist with bell/valet services as required
- Document shift logs and daily memos accurately in computer systems and logbooks
- Report incidents, accidents, and unsafe conditions to management
- Maintain professional appearance and ensure compliance with company policies and safety protocols
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
- Support team initiatives and foster positive working relationships
- Comply with quality assurance standards and complete safety training
