Beyond guest interaction, the attendant takes on critical responsibilities including resetting tables after guests leave, ensuring that all necessary items for table resets are stocked and well-maintained throughout the shift. Additionally, the Server Assistant helps maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the dining room, side stations, kitchen service areas, dish breakdown zones, and service equipment, playing an indispensable role in operational efficiency.
