Additionally, the Server Assistant helps maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the dining room, side stations, kitchen service areas, dish breakdown zones, and service equipment, playing an indispensable role in operational efficiency. This position requires someone who can operate efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with a varying schedule that includes 1st and 2nd shifts, weekends, and holidays based on the restaurant's volume and needs.
