Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- 2-4 years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments
- detail oriented with excellent leadership and communication skills
- proven ability to lead well performing teams
- ability to exercise independent judgement
- able to coach and counsel employees as needed
- flexibility and ability to work in a fast paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- 3-5 years experience in client-side branded or consumer-packaged goods company or a combination of supplier and client-side experience
- ability to work independently and prioritize with minimal supervision
- strong supervisory skills including delegating responsibility and evaluating performance
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- flexibility and adaptability in a changing business environment
- proven track record in building and maintaining customer/client relationships
- ability to lead and develop people
- basic computer skills with Microsoft Office suite
- NEHA professional food handler certification required
Job Duties
- Recruit, hire and train part-time product demonstrators
- oversee product preparation and presentation including food safety and sanitation
- communicate effectively with warehouse managers, vendors, and demonstrator staff
- participate in grand openings of new locations
- manage event execution and promotion of vendor products
- collaborate with district managers to analyze sales and operational metrics
- ensure customer satisfaction through improved operations
