Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments
  • detail oriented with excellent leadership and communication skills
  • proven ability to lead well performing teams
  • ability to exercise independent judgement
  • able to coach and counsel employees as needed
  • flexibility and ability to work in a fast paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • 3-5 years experience in client-side branded or consumer-packaged goods company or a combination of supplier and client-side experience
  • ability to work independently and prioritize with minimal supervision
  • strong supervisory skills including delegating responsibility and evaluating performance
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • flexibility and adaptability in a changing business environment
  • proven track record in building and maintaining customer/client relationships
  • ability to lead and develop people
  • basic computer skills with Microsoft Office suite
  • NEHA professional food handler certification required

Job Duties

  • Recruit, hire and train part-time product demonstrators
  • oversee product preparation and presentation including food safety and sanitation
  • communicate effectively with warehouse managers, vendors, and demonstrator staff
  • participate in grand openings of new locations
  • manage event execution and promotion of vendor products
  • collaborate with district managers to analyze sales and operational metrics
  • ensure customer satisfaction through improved operations
