Job Requirements

High school education or equivalent
Two to four years of related experience in retail, hospitality or food environments
Detail oriented with excellent leadership and communication skills
Proven ability to lead well performing teams
Ability to exercise independent judgement
Able to coach and counsel employees and take corrective measures
Flexibility and ability to work in a fast paced environment

Job Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
3-5 years experience in client-side branded consumer-packaged goods or supplier/client side combination
Ability to work independently and prioritize with minimal supervision
Supervising skills including delegating, training and evaluating performance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Flexible and adaptable to change
Proven track record of building and maintaining customer/client relationships
Ability to direct, lead and develop people
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
NEHA professional food handler certification

Job Duties

Recruit, hire and supervise part-time product demonstrators
Oversee product preparation and presentation including food safety and sanitation
Train product demonstrators in demonstration techniques and customer service
Communicate effectively with warehouse managers, vendors and demonstrators
Participate in new store grand openings
Direct promotional event activities and vendor product sales
Collaborate with District Manager to evaluate event metrics and adjust strategies
