Job Requirements

  • Class A or B CDL with airbrakes
  • minimum 1 year of CDL driving experience
  • clean MVR and safety-first mindset
  • physically able to lift 75 plus pounds, climb in and out of truck, and work outdoors in all conditions

Job Qualifications

  • Class A or B CDL with airbrakes
  • minimum 1 year of CDL driving experience
  • clean motor vehicle record
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • physical ability to handle loading tasks and outdoor work

Job Duties

  • Safely operate a CDL truck from the Palestine yard
  • service residential routes with timely pickups and deliveries
  • operate hydraulic and automated lifting systems to load and unload materials and containers
  • work a consistent schedule Monday through Friday with a 6 AM start and approximately 50 to 60 hours per week
  • communicate clearly with dispatchers and customers
  • conduct daily pre and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • maintain safety-first mindset during all operations
