We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced CDL Swing Driver to join our dynamic team based in Palestine, Texas. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, with opportunities for overtime. As a CDL Swing Driver, you will play a critical role in maintaining the company’s reputation for reliable and safe residential waste collection services. The position requires operating a commercial vehicle safely and efficiently from our Palestine yard, servicing residential routes with timely pickups and deliveries. This role demands an individual who is safety-minded, reliable, and diligent in vehicle maintenance through daily inspections.

The CDL Swing Driver will be operating hydraulic and automated lifting systems for loading and unloading materials and containers, ensuring compliance with safety protocols at all times. The work schedule is consistent, Monday through Friday, with a 6 AM start time and approximately 50-60 hours per week, offering stability and predictable hours. Effective communication with dispatchers and customers is essential to provide outstanding service and respond promptly to route adjustments or concerns. The nature of this job also requires physical stamina, as lifting loads exceeding 75 pounds, climbing in and out of the truck, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions are part of the daily routine.
