Job Requirements
- Less than high school education or equivalent
- One month related experience or training
- Valid CDL Class A, B, or C driver’s license with passenger endorsement
- Current DOT Medical Card
- Ability to work varied shifts including possible third shift and weekends
- Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions
- Basic math skills
- Neat and clean appearance with uniform
- Physical ability to stand, walk, handle equipment, occasionally lift up to 75 pounds
- Punctuality and reliable attendance
- Maintain acceptable DMV driving record
- Report safety hazards and incidents promptly
Job Qualifications
- Less than high school education or one month related experience, training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one situations
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division with money units
- Valid CDL Class A, B, or C driver’s license with passenger endorsement
- Current DOT Medical Card
- Neat and clean appearance
- Maintain uniform during work hours
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional client and customer experience guided by the SP+ Promise including answering questions and offering directions
- Perform vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of bus interiors
- Fuel buses and log trip counts
- Assist disabled passengers
- Be punctual and in uniform for all scheduled workdays
- Possess and carry a valid state-issued driver’s license at all times while on duty
- Maintain an acceptable DMV record
- Report accidents, policy violations, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to Facility Manager
- Communicate issues like debris or spills to garage office
- Substitute for Cashiers or Valets when authorized
- Have thorough knowledge of garage areas and local routes to assist customers
- Assist Facility Manager with other duties as needed
