CDL Route Sales Delivery Driver

Located in North Austin, Texas, Primo Brands is currently seeking dedicated and safety-conscious Delivery Drivers to join their team. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position with potential Saturday shifts dependent on business needs. The role offers an annual compensation of $69,584 plus customer tips, with a flexible start time between 6 am and 7 am until the workload is completed. The position requires operating commercial vehicles safely and adhering strictly to Department of Transportation regulations and company safety policies.

The Delivery Driver’s primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service by delivering bottled water products accurately and efficiently to assigned locations within scheduled timeframes. This role demands a strong service orientation and the ability to build positive relationships with customers by maintaining professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness to individual preferences. Delivery Drivers also perform additional duties such as cleaning and servicing water dispensers according to established quality standards, maximizing delivery efficiencies, and identifying opportunities for operational improvements.

Candidates for this role must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to obtain or maintain a Class B Commercial Driver’s License with airbrake endorsement where applicable, and hold a clean driving record meeting DOT standards. Primo Brands supports employees in obtaining their CDL where needed. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong face-to-face sales skills, independent work capability, physical stamina for lifting and climbing in and out of vehicles frequently, and the flexibility to work variable hours totaling approximately 45 hours per week.
