FreshPoint is currently hiring local CDL delivery drivers in Avon, MA, offering an exciting opportunity for drivers seeking a reliable, home-daily route with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. This full-time position features early morning start times and 10-hour routes, allowing drivers to be home in time for dinner. Drivers will operate under a cross-dock model, picking up loads from designated locations and delivering them on routes with frequent stops. The role requires a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and customer service, as drivers will be responsible for unloading and delivering products to customers while maintaining excellent communication and adherence to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.

The position accepts both CDL-A and CDL-B licensed drivers and offers an average minimum pay of $86,000 annually, with the potential to earn up to $92,000 based on performance and experience.
