Job Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license
- CDL B with air brake endorsement may be required
- Physical ability to load the truck and lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly
- Ability to push/pull up to 300 lbs with a four-wheel dolly
- Proficient in English, spoken and written
- Comfortable working in 38-70 degrees Fahrenheit warehouse temperatures and all outdoor weather conditions
- Ability to perform frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, pushing, pulling, twisting, and reaching
- Thrives in a fast-paced nighttime environment
- Clean driving record with no DUIs in the past 5 years
- Must pass DOT physical, drug screen, physical/lifting assessment, criminal background check, and motor vehicle record check
Job Qualifications
- At least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license in your state of residence

- Proficient in English, spoken and written
- Comfortable working in 38-70 degrees Fahrenheit warehouse temperatures and all outdoor weather conditions
- Able to perform frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, pushing, pulling, twisting, and reaching over shoulder height, at waist level, and from the floor
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced nighttime environment
- Must pass a DOT physical, drug screen, physical/lifting assessment, criminal background check, and motor vehicle record check with a clean driving record
Job Duties
- Ensure fresh food products are delivered accurately and on schedule to convenience stores along the designated route
- Utilize written and GPS directions to efficiently locate stores and navigate your route
- Operate an electronic tablet to accurately record delivered product quantities and complete daily check-ins with each store
- Collect all empty trays from stores during each delivery to maintain efficiency and cleanliness
- Participate in required training sessions, safety courses, and informational meetings
- Apply proper set points on trucks to ensure safe transport and perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections documenting any issues
- Maintain truck cleanliness and promptly report any major issues to supervisors
- Work in warehouse temperatures ranging from 38 to 70 degrees Fahrenheit to load and unload the truck, verify order counts, and complete necessary paperwork
- Provide professional and courteous service, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries
- Safely operate, maintain, and clean a 24-28 foot straight box truck
- Complete and submit DOT logs and any other required paperwork accurately and on time
