Job Requirements
- Hold a valid commercial driver's license or chauffeur's license appropriate for the vehicle
- pass background check and drug testing according to DOT regulations
- successfully complete DOT physical examination
- be at least 21 years old
- comply with customer grooming requirements when applicable
- be physically capable of prolonged sitting and lifting up to 40 pounds
- be available for frequent travel
- pass a 10-panel drug screening

- must hold a commercial driver's license or chauffeur's license based on state and vehicle weight
- must pass background and drug testing as required by federal and/or state DOT regulations
- must pass DOT physical since trucks driven are over 10,000 pounds
- must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle
- ability to sit for prolonged periods
- ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
- must be able to travel frequently
- may be required to be clean shaven for specific customers
- willingness to comply with safety sensitive position requirements including a 10-panel drug screen
Job Duties
- Operate vehicle according to applicable state and federal transportation laws
- transport loads safely and timely over required route, obeying all traffic laws and safety regulations
- maneuver truck and trailer into loading and unloading areas, following loading crew signals
- assist with loading or load and unload goods and materials using specialized equipment when needed
- maintain signed invoices, shipping bills of lading, and other required paperwork and deliver documentation to the shipping office
- perform routine service checks on trucks including oil, water, gasoline, and air levels
- report maintenance malfunctions to the Shipping Supervisor
- arrange trailers in shipping yards for optimal loading patterns
- perform other related duties as assigned
