The company's growth trajectory reflects its dedication to continuous improvement, innovation, and creating a supportive workplace culture where employees are valued and empowered to contribute meaningfully.

At EquipmentShare, the focus is on creating a seamless experience for both customers and employees, fostering a culture that embraces change and drives industry-wide transformation. As a future CDL Delivery Driver with EquipmentShare, you will join a team responsible for the critical task of delivering equipment, products, and materials safely and efficiently to customers. This role is pivotal in ensuring that construction projects have the essential tools and machinery to maintain smooth operations. This position is based in Chico, CA, and although it is currently an opportunity to express interest for future openings rather than an active vacancy, joining the talent network puts you at the forefront for consideration as new roles become available.

The role demands adherence to all state and federal transportation laws, emphasizing safety and professionalism. You will be tasked with maneuvering trucks and trailers skillfully into loading and unloading zones, coordinating with loading personnel, managing essential documentation, and ensuring that the equipment is serviced and maintained as required. The position is multi-faceted, involving both driving responsibilities and hands-on assistance with loading and unloading materials where necessary. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety protocols.

This future position highlights the importance of reliability, responsibility, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment that requires concentration and stamina. Candidates must hold a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or chauffeur’s license suitable for the vehicle weight and must pass mandatory background, drug, and DOT physical examinations. The role also requires occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds, frequent travel, and the flexibility to operate in potentially demanding conditions.

At EquipmentShare, you will find more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking company that values its employees and invests in their growth. The company offers competitive salaries, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits for full-time employees, generous paid time off, a 401(k) with company matching, and unique perks such as tool and boot reimbursements and fitness membership stipends. Additionally, EquipmentShare fosters community engagement by offering paid volunteer time and hosting company-sponsored events aimed at promoting team cohesion and well-being.

Joining EquipmentShare means becoming part of a mission-driven organization committed to changing an industry that has seen little innovation. Employees are encouraged to bring their passion and skills to help lead this transformation while enjoying numerous opportunities for career advancement and professional development. This is truly a place where your work has a tangible impact, and you can grow both personally and professionally. EquipmentShare is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) that values diversity and inclusion across its workforce.
