Job Description

Vantive is a leading vital organ therapy company with a 70-year legacy of innovation and commitment to improving kidney care and expanding possibilities for patients and healthcare teams across the globe. With a mission to extend lives and enhance the quality of life for patients undergoing organ therapies, Vantive focuses on advancing dialysis treatments through digital solutions and sophisticated services. Anchored by a spirit of courage and a commitment to excellence, the company encourages a culture of innovation and dedication where employees do not settle for mediocrity but strive to make a meaningful impact on patient lives worldwide.

Vantive’s approach to kidney care combines decades of expertise with a forward-looking vision that not only deepens its leadership within the kidney care space but also explores new territories in vital organ therapies. This continuous evolution aims to provide greater flexibility and efficiency in therapy administration for care teams while offering patients longer and fuller lives. Vantive provides an inclusive and dynamic workplace where a community of focused experts collaborates closely to drive this mission.

The Service Specialist (CDL Delivery Driver) role at Vantive is essential to delivering critical dialysis supplies to both home patients and dialysis centers. This position involves safely operating commercial vehicles ranging from 18 to 24 feet to support the delivery of dialysis solutions and necessary supplies to patients in varied geographic locations, including urban and rural areas. In addition to delivering products, the Service Specialist ensures the accuracy of orders, rotates stock effectively, and occasionally manages order pick-ups and returns. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse array of stakeholders including supply chain personnel, healthcare professionals, and patients.

This full-time position offers a 4-day work week schedule, with shifts from 5 am to 3 pm or 6 am to 4 pm and includes 1-2 overnight stays per week with hotel and meal per diem paid. Employees enjoy weekends off, contributing to a balanced work-life structure.

The Service Specialist is physically active, routinely handling up to and at times exceeding 45 cases per delivery, and must be prepared to work in a variety of weather conditions, adapting to the physical demands of repeated lifting, bending, climbing, and frequent vehicle entries and exits. Vantive values safety and compliance, requiring adherence to DOT rules and company safety protocols.

Vantive offers competitive compensation starting at $35.58 per hour, equating to an estimated annual salary between $51,200 and $70,400 depending on experience and location. Employees benefit from a generous package that includes 4 weeks of paid time off, 10 paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance coverage starting day one, paid parental leave, retirement savings plans, and opportunities for overtime. Educational assistance, flexible health care spending accounts, and other voluntary benefits underline the company’s commitment to supporting the wellbeing and growth of its workforce.

Joining Vantive means becoming part of a visionary company focused on transforming vital organ therapies and enhancing the lives of patients everywhere. This is a remarkable opportunity for dedicated individuals passionate about making a difference in the healthcare industry through meaningful, impactful work.
