The role of Service Specialist (CDL Delivery Driver) at Vantive is a critical position responsible for ensuring the safe delivery of dialysis products to a diverse home patient base as well as kidney dialysis centers. This role operates 18 to 24-foot commercial vehicles and involves frequent interaction with patients, care teams, and internal departments. The Service Specialist is tasked with delivering dialysis solution, managing stock rotation, ensuring order accuracy, and occasionally handling order pick-ups and returns. Scheduled on a four-day workweek from early morning to mid-afternoon, this role also includes 1-2 overnight trips per week with provided hotel and meal per diem, ensuring weekends off.

Vantive offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $28.08, translating to an estimated annual salary range of $51,200 to $70,400, depending on location, skills, and experience. Working conditions are variable and often challenging, involving repetitive lifting of cases weighing up to 50 pounds, frequent bending, crouching, kneeling, and exposure to extreme weather conditions.
