The Delivery Merchandiser Relief position based in Cleveland represents an exciting opportunity within CCCI's Direct Store Delivery team to contribute directly to the company's success. This role engages in delivering, stocking, and merchandising a wide range of Coca-Cola products to various retail accounts. As a relief position, this role requires flexibility to cover designated vacation or overflow routes, ensuring continuous service excellence across multiple accounts.

In this role, the Delivery Merchandiser Relief is entrusted with unloading products, filling vending machines, and maintaining displays and coolers at customer locations per company merchandising and service standards. A key responsibility is to organize and maintain the customer's stockroom orderly, ensuring all Coca-Cola equipment and products are presented neatly. The role demands a proactive approach in fostering strong relationships with account personnel, communicating customer needs and feedback promptly to management while embodying the company's Purpose Statement through all interactions.

Safety is paramount, as the position involves operating Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A vehicles and various equipment such as electric pallet jacks and hand trucks. Compliance with all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations and completion of safety courses are mandatory. The Delivery Merchandiser Relief also handles end-of-day accounting procedures including cash and inventory accountability, and secures company assets effectively.

Ideal candidates will bring prior experience in route delivery, direct store delivery, merchandising, or retail environments along with strong customer service skills. Physical stamina is required, including the ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly while managing fast-paced work demands. The job may require weekend and holiday availability.
