Performance Foodservice prioritizes a safe, inclusive, and respectful work environment that encourages recognition and rewards for employees' hard work. The company offers competitive pay and benefits starting from day one, including health and wellness coverage, an employee stock purchase plan, 401K employer matching, education assistance, and paid time off. Employees also benefit from various growth opportunities within the company, which values essential work that supports America’s vital food distribution system.
