The Driver Trainee role is designed to train individuals in the experience and skills required to operate tractor trailers or straight trucks in both intrastate and interstate environments. Trainees will learn to handle local, over-the-road (OTR), shuttle, and overnight routes, delivering and unloading various food and related products. Safety and compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) policies and company regulations are paramount, and the trainee must consistently maintain these standards while performing duties.
