In addition to vehicle operation, the Driver Trainee will engage in direct customer interactions, demonstrating professionalism and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities also include unloading products, verifying deliveries, collecting payments when necessary, and handling customer returns. This role demands physical stamina as it involves hand-lifting and moving product cases weighing between 60 to 90 pounds and operating equipment such as two-wheelers and lift gates.

The company offers comprehensive benefits from day one, including health and wellness benefits, employee stock purchase plans, employer matching 401K, education assistance, and paid time off.
