The role of CDL B Tanker Driver (Microbulk Driver) at Airgas in Texarkana, TX is a critical part of the company's National Carbonation Division. This position involves the safe and efficient delivery of CO2 products and related supplies to established customers along assigned routes in the East Texas, Texarkana, and surrounding areas. The driver is responsible for transferring product from the Airgas truck to customer tanks, inspecting vehicles in compliance with DOT and company standards, and maintaining the operational condition of the route truck. This position offers a 4-day workweek schedule, providing a great work-life balance with home every night and an average 40-50 hour work week. The competitive pay rate of $26 per hour, coupled with the opportunity to earn up to a $500 monthly bonus, makes this an attractive opportunity.

Job Requirements
- No more than two traffic convictions or two at-fault accidents in the last 3 years
- No more than a combination of one traffic conviction and one at-fault accident in the last 3 years
- No driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances within the last 7 years
- Must be able to work in a drug-free environment
- Able to regularly lift 75lbs and move more than 125lbs with aid of material handling equipment
- Must have 1 year CDL experience in the last 5 years or certificate of completion from trucking school in the last 12 months
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL or B CDL with HAZMAT, tanker and airbrake endorsements
- Maintain appropriate driver's license, medical card and endorsements
- Must have 1 year of CDL driving experience in the last 5 years or provide proof of completion from a trucking school within the last 12 months
- Ability to work in a drug-free environment
- Ability to regularly lift 75lbs and move more than 125lbs with material handling equipment
Job Duties
- Transfer product from Airgas truck to customer tank through hose hook up
- Inspect vehicles before and after use according to DOT and company maintenance checklist
- Load Microbulk tanks and fill customer-owned Microbulk tanks as assigned
- Assist field service technicians with CO2 tank installations and repair work as required
- Maintain DOT, SAFECOR and Airgas vehicle documents, ensuring they are properly completed
- Assure the route truck remains in proper and safe working order and that routine and required maintenance occurs on a timely basis
