CDL B Route Delivery Driver

We are currently seeking a skilled delivery driver to join our dynamic team. This role involves operating a 26ft straight truck to deliver and unload various products to our valued customers. The position demands flexibility with start times, including evening shifts, and the capability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime hours to meet customer needs effectively. The driver will be responsible for safe cargo handling using equipment such as hand trucks, manual pallet jacks, and liftgates when necessary, particularly ensuring the proper handling of refrigerated goods. Additionally, the role requires maintaining accurate records of deliveries, conducting routine vehicle inspections, and adhering strictly to traffic laws and company policies to ensure safety on every trip.

The position offers competitive compensation, ranging from $28.50 to $31.50 per hour for candidates with at least one year of truck driving experience. We also provide an attractive $8,000 sign-on bonus and an annual performance bonus that can reach up to $10,000. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement plan, life insurance, and a generous time-off package covering vacation, sick leave, and holidays. Drivers are dispatched between 5am and 7am and are required to participate in route relays that may involve overnight stays at company-paid hotels, while having the advantage of being home every other day. This schedule requires the ability to work Saturdays and Sundays, supporting our commitment to customer service across all days of the week.
