In addition to the physical demands, the route delivery driver will provide excellent customer service by verifying deliveries, obtaining proper signatures, handling customer complaints professionally, and communicating any discrepancies or errors to management. The role also includes responsibilities such as performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections according to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company policies.
