Sysco offers an average annual income of $75,000 or more for first-year drivers, with the potential to earn between $35,000 and $120,000 annually depending on location, experience, and productivity. Many locations also provide sign-on bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package starting from day one.

This job offers stability, career growth opportunities, and ongoing training including leadership development. Sysco emphasizes promoting from within, encouraging employees to develop their skills and advance their careers within the company. Additional perks include paid vacations and holidays, retirement benefits, employee discount programs, service recognition, tuition reimbursement, safety programs, and uniform provision. This position is suitable for recent graduates and those with a passion for customer service combined with a professional driving career. As an equal opportunity employer, Sysco welcomes applications from all qualified candidates regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other protected characteristics. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver License with a clean driving record, and be willing to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

This role offers more than just a job – it presents a pathway to a promising career in a respected industry leader where dedication and performance are rewarded. Drivers have the chance to contribute to the essential supply chain that keeps restaurants, hospitals, hotels, and other service providers stocked and operational every day.
